We are looking a dynamic Senior Sales Manager to lead global sales operations, manage high-performing teams, and execute strategic growth plans. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in developing and implementing sales strategies, call center management, and agency leadership. This role demands a results-driven leader capable of scaling international sales networks, optimizing conversion rates, and expanding market presence. The position requires the ability to travel worldwide for business development and client relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective global sales strategies and performance plans.
• Lead and train sales and call center teams to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Build and manage international partnerships and reseller networks.
• Track KPIs, analyze data, and generate performance and revenue reports.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to optimize lead generation and closing rates.
• Represent the company at global conferences and business meetings.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in sales management, call center, or agency leadership roles.
• Proven record of achieving or exceeding revenue goals.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) and data-driven sales reporting.
• Ability to travel internationally as required.

Compensation: Up to USD 6,000/month (USD 2,000 base + performance bonuses).
