- Leadership experience is highly preferred, but for those who have coaching experience and trainable are welcome to apply

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: College level
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in sales management is essential.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, teamwork, and sales support.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Develop and implement sales strategies, manage customer relationships, and lead the sales team to achieve targets.
- Working Conditions: Typically office-based, with some travel required for client meetings.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and a results-driven mindset.
