青岛科昂国际贸易有限公司现招聘国家销售经理（轮胎），工作地点为东南亚（马来西亚 / 菲律宾）或日本，当地灵活办公模式。该岗位主要负责根据集团战略在亚太区域开发大型轮胎代理商，推广公司自有及代理品牌产品，完成年度销售目标；同时维护并深化现有代理客户关系，优化产品销售结构，提升整体销售业绩。需持续关注当地市场需求、法规变化及行业趋势，跟踪主要竞争品牌的生产、销售及营销动态，并为客户提供产品培训与售后支持，提高客户满意度。岗位还需负责销售预测、与供应链协调确保交付、管理应收账款及合同签署等工作。要求大专及以上学历，具备3–5年轮胎行业销售经验，有1/2线品牌企业背景优先，熟悉PCR、TBR、LT产品及轮胎生产工艺，了解橡胶、树脂等上游原材料，并具备流利英语商务沟通能力；在日本、韩国、东南亚或澳新市场拥有代理资源者更佳
