  • Lead and manage the sales team, setting goals, developing strategies, and monitoring performance to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, prospects, and stakeholders to maximize business opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and achieve sales targets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a senior sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage a team and build client relationships.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales processes, market research, and CRM software; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
