Description
- Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide training.
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in wholesale or retail industry.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong skills in sales, marketing, communication, presentation, negotiation, and team management.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Develop sales strategies, manage client relationships, and lead a sales team to meet targets.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional travel for client meetings and events.
- Qualities and Traits: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure.
