Description
- Present and sell products used in finishing construction materials
- Able to take over and manage some accounts
- Remain in regular contact with the client to understand and meet their needs
- Hit sales target
- Follow and craft detailed business plans designed to attain predetermined goals and quotas
- Willing to do field work
- Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
- Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty
Requirements
- College graduate or undergraduate of BS Interior Design with background in civil engineering
- Preferably has sales experience with construction materials
- Able to negotiate agreements and keep records of sales data
- With knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
- Enthusiastic and passionate
