Business Development Executive is responsible for overseeing the process of business development within their company to promote its longevity. Their duties include working closely with other company executives and management teams, meeting with potential business partners and maintaining existing client relationships and monitoring market trends to come up with new business ventures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

 

  1. Meeting clients to discuss their advertising needs
  2. Identify pain points and create solutions for the identified pain points
  3. Performing extensive research and learning all about the client's products, marketing goals and needs.
  4. Negotiating with clients, solving problems and making sure that deadlines are met
  5. Presenting campaign ideas and costing to clients
  6. Making “pitches” to win new business
  7. A Senior Business Development Manager will caddy and train the full operations

Skills:

1.     Patient when dealing with the clients and production team

2.      Leadership skills to lead the team especially when faced with great challenges
