  • Setting and achieving sales goals and quotas.

  • Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders
  • Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations
  • Presenting solutions that address client’s requirements
  • Following up with clients and maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards
  • Helping customers who have problems with installed products/solutions and recommending improved or upgraded devices or systems 
  • Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.
  • Reporting to Managing Director 


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s / College Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science/Information Technology, Business, Marketing, Economics, or equivalent and experience in sales
  • At least 1 year of industry experience in sales engineering in a business-to-business, large/strategy customer segment;
  • Excellent computer literacy: MS Office
  • Basic knowledge of security system design in IP Surveillance, Access Control, Fire Detection and Alarm Systems, Public Address systems. 
  • Excellent English and Filipino verbal and written communication skills
  • Willing to do field work outside of Metro Manila
  • Product, Sales and/or Technical certifications, or equivalent
