Core Responsibility:

The Copywriter owns all brand messaging and written communication across Amazon and external channels, with a strong focus on sales, retention, and brand voice consistency.

Responsibilities:

Sales & Conversion Copy

• Amazon listing descriptions (bullets, descriptions, A+ copy support)
• Website copy (homepage, product pages, landing pages)
• Brand messaging & tone of voice documentation
• Product storytelling aligned with scientific / compliance needs

Retention & Lifecycle Copy

• Email copy (campaigns, flows, broadcasts)
• SMS copy (promotions, retention, reminders)
• Newsletter copy
• Retention-focused messaging (repeat purchase, loyalty)

Branding & Strategy

• Maintain consistent brand voice across all platforms
• Collaborate with Sales Manager, SMM, and Designers
• Support campaigns, launches, and promotions with copy
• Ensure copy aligns with brand positioning and audience intent

KPI (Very Important)

• Retention metrics (repeat purchase, engagement)
• Sales metrics (conversion support, assisted revenue)
• Email/SMS engagement (open rate, CTR where applicable)
• Quality & consistency of brand voice

Job Requirements:

• Strong background in English / Literature / Marketing
• Preferably from top universities
• Native or near-native English (English-first countries preferred)
• Proven experience in sales-oriented copywriting
• Able to work independently and own outcomes
• Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally
