Job Description
- Assist the sales team in managing client accounts and sales processes.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports and forecasts.
- Coordinate communication between sales representatives and clients.
- Organize sales meetings and customer presentations.
- Handle inquiries and provide support to customers as needed.
- Ensure timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in sales coordination.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Working Conditions: Office-based environment with standard working hours, potential for occasional travel.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, team player, and adaptable under pressure.
