- Coordinate and monitor daily retail sales operations across branches or outlets.
- Support the sales team with product availability, promotions, and customer service initiatives.
- Monitor and track sales performance, inventory levels, and store activities.
- Communicate effectively with store teams to implement sales campaigns and targets.
- Help schedule and organize retail promotions, in-store events, and displays.
- Coordinate between the sales, marketing, logistics, and inventory teams.
- Ensure that all retail staff follow store policies, SOPs, and branding guidelines.
- Respond to customer and store inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of sales orders, inventory movement, and sales data.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Proven experience in a retail sales environment is required.
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in a leadership or store management role is an advantage.
- Basic computer skills for sales tracking and inventory systems.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
