Job Description

The Sales Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the sales team to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes. The role involves coordinating sales activities, maintaining customer records, preparing reports, and assisting in achieving sales targets.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales support or coordination (advantage)
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills


Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team
  • Coordinate sales activities, schedules, and client follow-ups
  • Prepare sales reports, quotations, contracts, and presentations
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
  • Process sales orders and ensure accuracy of documentation
  • Communicate with clients regarding order status, deliveries, and concerns
  • Assist in monitoring sales performance and targets
  • Coordinate with other departments such as logistics, accounting, and marketing
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
