SALES COORDINATOR

NEW ZEALAND market

Schedule: 5:00AM – 2:00 PM PH time

Work Setup: PH-Remote (WFH)

Salary: PHP 30,000 – 40,000 per month depends on experience

Job Summary

Provide day-to-day support to the sales team, handling admin tasks, sales documents, and coordination so the team can focus on closing deals and serving customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and update quotes, proposals, and basic sales documents.
• Schedule and coordinate sales calls/meetings with NZ clients.
• Update CRM and sales trackers with accurate customer and order data.
• Coordinate with logistics and finance on orders, delivery, and invoicing.
• Handle basic customer inquiries and follow up on order status.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales support / coordination / customer service.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Good with Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Must have a proper WFH setup: reliable internet, laptop/PC, microphone, and headset (quiet workspace preferred).
