Description

Sales & Customer Service:

  • Assist in achieving sales targets by monitoring product performance and sales trends.
  • Provide support to the sales team and ensure smooth execution of promotions and sales campaigns.
  • Address customer concerns and provide product recommendations when needed.


Inventory & Merchandising:

  • Ensure that shelves are fully stocked and products are properly arranged according to display standards.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for replenishment.
  • Conduct inventory checks and report any shortages or issues.


Supplier & Store Coordination:

  • Communicate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely product deliveries.
  • Coordinate with supermarket managers and staff to maintain proper product placement and promotional displays.
  • Ensure accurate pricing and promotional signage on shelves.


Market & Competitor Analysis:

  • Monitor competitor activities, including pricing, promotions, and product offerings.
  • Gather insights on customer preferences and provide recommendations for product improvements or promotions.


Sales Reporting & Documentation:

  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, deliveries, and promotional activities.
  • Assist in administrative tasks related to sales operations.

Requirements

  • willing to robing visit in mandaluyong, makati and pasay
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience in sales, merchandising, or retail coordination (supermarket experience is a plus)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced retail environment
