Description
- Identify and engage potential clients to understand their needs.
- Present and promote company products to drive sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Achieve sales targets and report progress to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Provide sales support, conduct presentations, and train new sales staff.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant sales experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in public speaking, sales management, customer relationship management, Salesforce, and competitor analysis.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment with opportunities for outside sales and client meetings.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
