Job Summary:

We are looking for a Full-Time high-performing Sales Closer who can do more than just sell. You will close warm leads, run product demos for clients, host onboarding webinars for freelancers (Genies), and drive user acquisition. This hybrid role combines classic sales expertise with platform growth execution—ideal for someone who can take ownership and deliver results.


Must be proactive, think outside the box, exercise good judgment, and take initiative without waiting to be told what to do.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales & Closing

  • Close inbound leads from marketing campaigns, events, and referrals
  • Conduct sales calls and demos with potential clients to showcase the value of RemoteGenies
  • Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Track and manage sales pipeline via CRM
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly conversion targets and KPI's


Client & Freelancer Acquisition

  • Schedule and lead demo calls for both prospective clients and freelancers
  • Host onboarding webinars and walkthroughs to introduce the platform, explain the process, and increase freelancer engagement
  • Create and implement onboarding strategies to improve activation and retention
  • Identify and nurture potential leads through email campaigns, LinkedIn, and targeted outreach
  • Track and optimize conversion rates for client sign-ups and task postings


Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales or SaaS/service-based selling
  • Strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience conducting webinars, live demos, or onboarding sessions
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and consultative sales skills
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and explain digital platforms
  • Experience with CRM tools, lead tracking, and funnel management
  • Prior experience in freelancing, outsourcing, or tech platforms is a plus
