Description

  • Assist in promoting and upselling salon services and products
  • Support front desk in customer engagement (client check-in, inquiries, appointment setting)
  • Help maintain product displays and promotional materials
  • Coordinate with salon staff for smooth service flow
  • Record customer feedback and assist with market research
  • Prepare basic sales reports and assist in inventory monitoring

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Business Admin, Marketing, Entrepreneurship or related course
  • Must be endorsed by school for OJT/internship
  • Confident communicators with a customer-first attitude
  • Eager to learn about sales techniques in a real-world setting
  • Neat and presentable; customer-oriented
  • With basic knowledge in MS Excel or Google Sheets is a plus
