GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY

 Guiding and leading the team to achieve and exceed expectations in the monthly target commitments set by the management.

 Oversee operations to ensure efficiency and effectively.

 Create and nurture a positive working environment and relationship with the team.

 Contributes information, strategies, and market trends during sales meetings that are beneficial to the sales growth of the company. 

 Complies with all the Policies and Procedures of Wurth Philippines Inc./Wurth Group.

 Ensures that all known company’s information is kept confidential.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

 Sales penetration and area saturation in Central Luzon region such as Aurora, Nueva Ecija, Tarlac, Bulacan, Pampanga, Bataan and Zambales.

 Achieve sales productivity: Customer visits, New and reactivated customers, increase product lines, product demonstration and trainings, introduction of new products, conduct customer business reviews.

 Provide product training, demonstration, and presentations.

 Deal with customers' complaints

 Provide individual’s team KRA’s and KPI’s and conduct evaluation though performance appraisal on a quarterly basis.

 Provide coaching and mentoring to the team. 

 Graduate of bachelor’s degree in any field, Vocational courses

 Sales experience in automotive and after-sales

 Decision-making ability and a sense of responsibility.
