Qualifications:

• College Graduate
• No experience required
• Typing speed of at least 35WPM
• Willing to work on-site in Sampaloc, Manila
• Willing to be on a shifting schedule
• Willing to undergo training

Responsibilities:

• Encode orders accurately.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
• Monitor active pages.
• Understand and meet all customer needs fully and timely.
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests efficiently.
