- Job Summary
- Power Mac Center is looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented
- Sales Assistant to join our team! The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting Apple products and accessories, provide excellent service, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
- Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in finding the right Apple products and accessories based on their needs.
- Demonstrate product features and provide accurate information on specifications and benefits.
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Process transactions, including cash, credit card, and installment payments.
- Maintain product displays, store cleanliness, and inventory organization.
- Support promotional activities and sales campaigns.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall store success.
Requirements
- K12 graduate, college level, and college graduate (taking up any Computer or IT-related courses is a plus).
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Passionate about Apple products and technology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
- Team player with a proactive and sales-driven mindset.
