- Assist customers with purchases and inquiries.
- Maintain product displays and inventory management.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Collaborate with team members for promotional events.
- Stay knowledgeable about product features and benefits.
- Support stock replenishment and ensure cleanliness of the store.
- Educational Qualifications: College Graduate
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers, manage inventory, and support sales team.
- Working Conditions: Full-time position in a retail environment, including weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and a team player with a positive attitude.
