Sales Duties:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calls, emails, networking, and client visits
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations
• Negotiate contracts and close deals
• Track sales performance and report on key metrics

Marketing Duties:

• Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns (online and offline)
• Promote the brand and products through social media, email, content marketing, and advertising
• Coordinate marketing events, trade shows, and product launches
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Work with design teams to create promotional materials, advertisements, and product packaging
• Manage website updates, digital content, and SEO

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales and/or marketing (1–3 years preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Solid understanding of digital marketing tools (social media, email campaigns, SEO, etc.)
• Ability to analyze data and market trends
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM or marketing automation tools is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
