Secondly, the manager focuses on expanding brand awareness and market reach. This is achieved by conducting market research to understand customer needs, developing targeted marketing campaigns across various channels, staying abreast of industry trends, and fostering a strong brand identity.
By bridging the gap between sales and marketing teams, the manager ensures their efforts are seamlessly aligned, ultimately driving the company towards revenue and market share success.

College Graduate / College Level (Sales, Marketing, or any Business courses, preferred).
At least 5 to 7 years of supervisory or administrative office experience.
Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, and time management skills.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent customer relation skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to handle customer queries and provide prompt assistance.
Ability to make decisions and evaluations to determine the needs of the customers.
