The ideal candidate will have exceptional English communication skills, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to consistently meet and exceed targets. Experience in SaaS sales and marketing skills, including basic web development, are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively prospect, engage, and close sales with potential clients to drive Vocphone’s growth in the Australian Market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute strategies that enhance lead generation and brand visibility.
• Leverage marketing skills to create compelling content, campaigns, or digital assets to support sales efforts.
• Utilise basic web development skills to assist in optimising online sales funnels or customer-facing web interfaces (if applicable).
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and Vocphone’s product features to effectively position our solutions.

Requirements:

• Perfect English proficiency (both written and verbal) is non-negotiable.
• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Prior experience in SaaS sales is highly desirable.
• Strong marketing skills, including knowledge of digital marketing strategies, are a significant advantage.
• Basic web development skills (e.g., HTML, Joombla, or WordPress) are highly attractive but not mandatory.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to thrive in a remote work environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools.
• Must be based in the Philippines with a reliable internet connection and a distraction-free workspace.
