Unit : Trading (Fresh and Frozen)

Office Location : Cubao

Area coverage : Cavite, Laguna, Batangas

Position : Sales and Marketing Supervisor

Directs and oversees the operations goals, policies and initiatives of assigned business unit. Establish a long-term client partnership and plan sales strategies.

Ensures efficient and profitable operations, setting sales targets, managing inventory, and pricing items. They train and supervise staff, fostering a productive work environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Implementation and execution of the mission, vision and objective of the business and organization.

2. Implement sales/collection strategies and action plans.

3. Ensure compliance and systems are upheld throughout operations.

4. Provide relevant reports to the management including sales, collections, customers and other relevant information as required by the management.

5. Leads, guides and trains sales personnel to achieve goals.

6. Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

1. Trustworthy and values integrity. No bad records and integrity issues. With at least 3-year stay on current address, if owned, is an advantage.

2. With at least two (2) year experience in sales as a supervisor and 2 years as sales agent.

3. With at least 3 years of stay in the previous company (ies)

4. Well verse in sales process.

5. With 1 year experience in handling food sales particularly tilapia and Bangus in wet market or in any places is an advantage.

6. Willing to work at night shift to observe, learn and get feedback from clients regularly.

7. With strong interpersonal skills, good at convincing people positively.

8. Easy to adapt, willing to learn the business with persistence and endurance.

9. Willing to go on different places and work on field on a regular basis especially in wet markets.

10. Ability to manage numbers and analyze data. Knowledgeable in KPI and an achiever.

11. Living within the work location or nearby is an advantage.

12 Has a sales monitoring system, is an advantage.

13. Has a previous track record of at least 10M sales per month from the previous companies, is an advantage.
