The Junior Sales and Marketing Associate will support the sales and marketing teams in promoting automotive glass products, managing client communications, and executing marketing initiatives. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to build a career in the automotive industry.

• Assist in identifying potential clients and supporting lead generation efforts

• Help prepare quotations, sales documents, and coordinate orders

• Participate in sales visits and customer meetings with senior staff

• Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities

• Assist in the creation of marketing materials (brochures, etc.)

• Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system

• Monitor and report on customer feedback and market trends

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong interest in the automotive industry and customer service
• Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willing to learn and occasionally travel for field activities.
• With driving skills and can drive a 4 wheel car for field work
