• Ability to explain AC features, benefits, and energy-saving advantages to customers
• Create basic content for social media posts, posters, and announcement
• Help manage and update the company's social media pages
• Coordinate with internal teams for marketing materials and requirements
• Ability to monitor competitor pricing and trends in airconditioning services
• Knowledge in handling quotations, client tracking, and sales reports
• Can assist in organizing promos, raffles, and seasonal marketing campaigns
• Maintain marketing files, photos, and documentation
• Support customer inquiries that come through marketing channels
• Willing to learn technical terms to better market AC units and services

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong understanding of marketing strategies for Airconditioning Units and Airconditioning services
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and marketing tools
• Creative and willing to learn new tasks
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience in social media marketing (is an advantage)
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar tools)
• Adaptability and willingness to assist in different marketing tasks
• Know how to drive (is an advantage)

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Office-based with occasional fieldwork or event support
• Works closely with Admin, Sales, and Operations teams
