The Sales and Marketing Manager will lead the sales and marketing efforts for the 4PH Housing Project, ensuring 15,000 backlog beneficiaries are validated and 15,000 new applicants are engaged through awareness campaigns (Awareness, Interest, Desire, Action). This role involves strategic planning, execution, KPI Tracking and stakeholder engagement to drive project success. The manager will oversee the Community Needs Assessments (CNA) team and business development efforts, ensuring accurate data collection and effective outreach.
