- Assist with customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Maintain sales records and prepare reports to track performance.
- Coordinate communication between sales staff and other departments.
- Perform data entry and update customer information in the database.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in sales administration or a similar role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in CRM software, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; remote work flexibility may be available.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communicator, proactive problem-solver, and a team player.
