Description

  • Input and manage order data into the system
  • Prepare sales documents such as invoices, delivery notes, and purchase orders.
  • Follow up on orders and ensure the delivery process is on schedule.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse, finance, and logistics departments regarding stock status and deliveries.
  • Handle basic customer inquiries regarding order status or sales documents.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Requirements

  • Education Qualification: Minimum High School/Vocational School
  • Experience Level: No Experience Required
  • Skills and Competencies: Attention to detail, organizational ability, coordination skills, report generation
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assisting in sales data management, compiling reports, and supporting administrative activities.
  • Working Conditions: Dynamic office environment, regular working hours.
