Description

  • In-charge in monitoring monthly inventory of concessionaire stores.
  • Preparing purchase orders (Concessionaire and Commercial)
  • Management of delivery receipts (Encoding, printing, and filing)
  • Preparing and monitoring weekly and monthly sales report and Customer Returns.
  • Encoding and uploading monthly concessionaire's itemized sales report.
  • Maintains communication with Sales Coordinator, Sales Promodisers, and Warehouse Personnel regarding purchase orders/customer returns.
  • Provide general administrative support to the office, including answering phone calls, responding to emails
  • Perform other duties as maybe assigned
  • Business course graduate or any related course
  • Computer Literate
  • Hands on experience in using MS Office Applications (Excel, Word)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Very organized, detail-oriented and hardworking
  • Must able to work under pressure with minimal supervision
