Job Description
- Handling and monitoring of reservation accounts generated by the Sellers for project
- Handling and monitoring of accounts generated by the Sellers for all brands / all projects in terms of booking, and contract preparation requests.
- Responsible for generating sales production reports and other necessary data for Sales Services Group
- Organization of day to day operations of Sales Admin
- Responsible for forwarding post booking concerns
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Management, Marketing, Finance or any equivalent
- Experienced in sales / sales documentation of Real Estate projects
- Proficient in computer applications
- Team player with positive attitude
- Good in verbal and written communications
- Good attention to details
- Self starter / can work with minimal supervision
