- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and document management.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales reports.
- Coordinate sales activities and schedule meetings.
- Handle inquiries and provide support to customers and sales personnel.
- Prepare marketing materials and assist in campaign organization.
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail; effective communication and interpersonal skills; proficient in both written and verbal communication.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist with sales documentation, maintain customer databases, and support the sales team in daily activities.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, typically Monday through Friday with standard working hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Proactive, organized, and a willingness to learn new skills.
