• Sales Admin is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the stores, enhancing customer satisfaction, ad ensuring efficient sales processes. This role involves coordinating sales activities, managing inventory, processing transactions, and providing administrative support to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of store.
• Oversees the upkeep of the store in terms of general cleanliness of exterior and interior signage, product displays, walls, glass panels and floors.
• Processing of sales transactions, returns, and exchanges in SAP and Sales Force.
• Check data accuracy in orders and invoices.
• Monitoring of foot traffic.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Build strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Monitor stocks levels and assist with the inventory management, including receiving, organizing, and replenishing of stocks.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and no variance.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of transactions and inventory levels.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• With at least 1 year of relevant work experience in clerical/administrative jobs or related fields.
• Strong organizational and multi tasking skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
