Job Description
主要職責
- 制定並落實業務策略，以達成銷售及盈利目標。
- 維護並拓展與主要經銷商、零售商及電子商務合作夥伴的關係。
- 在本地及區域市場中識別並開發新的商機與渠道。
- 監督行銷及推廣活動，以提升品牌能見度。
- 監測市場趨勢、競爭對手動態及消費者洞察，以提供業務決策依據。
- 管理小型跨部門團隊，並與總部協調營運、物流及財務事宜。
任職資格與要求
- 於消費性電子、儲存或 IT 硬體產業中擔任銷售或綜合管理職位，具備至少 8 至 10 年經驗。
- 具有通路銷售、經銷商管理及市場拓展的成功實績。
- 深刻理解東南亞地區的零售及分銷生態。
- 具備優秀的溝通、談判及領導能力。
