Description

  • Seek projects thru Philgeps Search and referrals from colleagues
  • Meet clients to conduct exploratory discussions, present proposal, close deal
  • Prepares proposals, quotations, contracts for submission to clients
  • Secure and prepare bid documents
  • Conduct follow up with clients upon submission of bids, quotations and proposals
  • Help promote company website and social media platforms to the public

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in sales or account management.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong negotiation and sales management skills, proficient in social media marketing, exceptional communication abilities, and customer relationship management.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Build and maintain relationships with clients, negotiate contracts, meet sales targets, and provide customer support.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment with potential travel for client meetings.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, self-motivated, excellent communicator, and results-driven.
