We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Specialist to join our team in the heavy equipment industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting and selling heavy equipment such as dump trucks, loaders, bulldozers, and other machinery, and providing expert advice to meet customer needs. This role requires strong technical knowledge, exceptional sales skills, and a customer-oriented mindset.

• Educational Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not always required).
• Experience Level: Minimum 2–5 years of proven experience in selling heavy equipment or industrial machinery.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of dump trucks, excavators, loaders, cranes, or related machinery.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Working Conditions: Willing to travel as needed for client visits and site inspections.
• With a valid driver’s license.
