Description

  • Conduct safety audits, develop safety protocols, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.
  • Develop and implement safety policies and training programs.
  • Investigate accidents and incidents, recommending corrective actions.
  • Maintain safety records and reports for regulatory compliance.
  • Promote a proactive safety culture among all employees.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in safety management or related roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, risk assessment, and incident investigation.
  • Working Conditions: Mostly onsite with potential exposure to hazardous environments.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, proactive, and ability to work under pressure.
