Job Description
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public areas.
- Change linens, dust, and restock amenities as needed.
- Report maintenance issues and lost items to management.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene and safety.
- Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team.
- Educational Qualifications: No formal degree required; high school diploma preferred.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills, ability to manage customer relationships, and attention to detail in service delivery.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Maintain cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, assist with guest inquiries, and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment; may require lifting and physical activity.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly demeanor, reliability, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills.
