- Clean and maintain guest rooms to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
- Change bed linens and towels, and restock room amenities.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
- Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
- Adhere to hotel policies and procedures for sanitation and cleanliness.
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Open to fresh graduates and students.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Customer Relationship Management, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Maintain cleanliness in guest rooms, assist guests with inquiries, and ensure high standards of service.
- Working Conditions: May involve standing for long periods and occasional lifting of items.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, friendly, adaptable, and able to work in a team environment.
