We are recruiting for a night shift risk control operations personnel to join our rapidly growing cryptocurrency trading platform. This position focuses on **night hours (Beijing time 00:00–08:00)** for risk control monitoring and operational execution, involving tasks such as fund withdrawal approvals, risk control alert responses, and cross-departmental alarm coordination.

This role is suitable for detail-oriented candidates who are highly responsible, flexible, proactive, proficient in Excel, and willing to work night shifts long-term. You will serve as a member of the night duty team in the risk control department, responsible for executing risk control directives and being the first response to emergencies, ensuring the stability and safety of the platform during off-peak hours.

Job Responsibilities:

• Approve and record users' night withdrawal requests, identifying potential risk behaviors;
• Monitor core risk control indicators and system dashboards in real-time, executing standardized response processes;
• Receive and handle system alerts from other teams, contacting relevant personnel according to contingency plans;
• Assist in executing night-time blacklist, position limits, freezing, and other risk control directives;
• Complete duty logs, alert records, and handover notes;
• Operate according to the manual to ensure all processes are orderly and traceable during duty hours.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree or higher, with a preference for computer science, finance, mathematics, or related fields;
• Proficient in Excel, able to efficiently handle data processing and spreadsheet maintenance;
• Possess a strong sense of responsibility and execution, able to focus on completing night duty tasks;
• Sensitive to numbers with a basic awareness of risk control judgment;
• Able to adapt to long-term night shifts (Beijing Time 0:00–8:00) with stable remote working conditions;

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in night shifts, shift work, or in financial/internet customer service or risk control positions;
• Familiarity with the operating interface and basic concepts of mainstream cryptocurrency exchanges;
• Prior experience in handling alerts and monitoring-related work is preferred.
