Responsibilities:

1. Risk Operations: Possess a thorough understanding of payment services and regulatory requirements to effectively manage merchant risk. Responsible for merchant onboarding due diligence and daily transaction risk monitoring; promptly identify anomalous transactions, conduct investigations and analysis, and implement appropriate corrective actions.

2. Risk Management: Develop and continuously optimize business risk management strategies and processes in accordance with regulatory policies and industry standards.

3. Collaboration and Communication: Maintain effective risk-control communication and collaboration with regulatory authorities and partners.

4. Team Management: Plan and coordinate the team’s daily activities, including training and personnel management.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, with experience in the payment industry.

2. CET-6 or above; fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

3. Strong communication and coordination skills, with proven problem-solving and project management capabilities.

4. Excellent analytical ability to identify business needs and pain points.

5. Strong organizational and synthesis skills, with the ability to work independently.

6. High sense of responsibility and self-motivation.
