Responsibilities:

1. Risk Operations: Familiar with payment services and regulatory requirements to effectively control merchant risk. Responsible for merchant onboarding due diligence, daily transaction risk monitoring, promptly identifying suspicious transactions, conducting investigations and analyses, and taking appropriate actions;

2. Risk Management: Define and continuously optimize business risk management strategies and processes in accordance with regulatory policies and industry standards;

3. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective risk-control communication and cooperation with regulatory authorities and partners;

4. Team Management: Oversee daily team activities, training, and personnel management.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with experience in the payments industry;

2. CET-6 or above, proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing;

3. Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and project management skills;

4. Excellent comprehension ability to identify business needs and pain points;

5. Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently;

6. High sense of responsibility and self-motivation.
