Job Responsibilities:

1. Risk Operations: Possess in-depth knowledge of payment services and regulatory requirements to effectively manage merchant risk. Oversee merchant onboarding due diligence and daily transaction risk monitoring; promptly identify anomalous transactions, conduct investigations and analyses, and implement appropriate corrective actions;

2. Risk Management: Define and continuously optimize business risk management strategies and processes in accordance with regulatory policies and industry standards;

3. Collaboration and Communication: Maintain effective risk control communication and collaboration with regulatory authorities and partners;

4. Team Management: Coordinate daily team activities, including work scheduling, training, and performance management.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, with background in the payment industry;

2. CET-6 or above, proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing;

3. Strong communication and coordination skills, with demonstrated problem-solving and project execution abilities;

4. Excellent comprehension skills, able to identify business requirements and pain points;

5. Strong analytical, summarization, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently;

6. High sense of responsibility and strong self-motivation.
