POSITION TITLE: Risk and Compliance Analyst – Internal Audit

WORK SETUP: Hybrid

Project Shift Schedule: Mid Shift

Project Rest Day: Weekends Off

Project/Team Location: Taguig, Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3

OVERALL PURPOSE:

The Risk and Compliance (R&C) Analyst performs review activities and other tasks that may be assigned by the organization.

RESPONSBILITIES:

• Performs end-to-end assessment activities from planning, execution, up to closure of observations.

• Works with functional leads and points of contacts, in tracking action plans defined for non-conformances cited.

• Ensures accuracy and timely completion of required information for regular reports.

• Logs audit reports and updates the status of the action plans in monitoring sites.

• Helps out in implementing plans and strategies designed and developed for rolling out Risk and Compliance initiatives to CXO projects and support functions.

• Helps out in ISO Certification and Surveillance Audit Preparations.

• Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• College degree holder

• Must have at least 1-2 years of experience in Internal Audit

• Certified Public Accountant is an advantage

• Experience in top auditing firms is an advantage
