Description
- Set up and dismantle rigging for construction and entertainment projects.
- Inspect and maintain rigging equipment to ensure safety standards.
- Collaborate with teams to plan and execute rigging operations.
- Read and interpret blueprints and plans for rigging setups.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations at all times.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: No formal education required; however, relevant certifications in rigging preferred.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of rigging experience in construction or industrial settings.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in rigging techniques, safety protocols, and equipment handling; excellent physical fitness and communication skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assemble and maintain rigging; ensure safety compliance; support loading and unloading tasks.
- Working Conditions: Mostly outdoor environments; exposure to weather; may involve heavy lifting.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, reliable, strong teamwork abilities, and a commitment to safety.
