- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of store shelves, displays, and stock areas.
- Provide professional gift-wrapping services according to store standards and customer preferences.
- Ensure gift wrapping materials are stocked and organized at all times.
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and stocking merchandise.
- Monitor inventory levels and inform the supervisor of any shortages.
- Answer customer inquiries about products, promotions, and store policies.
- Follow all store safety and security procedures.
- Support other store operations as needed.

- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in sales pipeline management and possess strong attention to detail.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers, manage inventory, process transactions, and gift wrapping activities.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment with flexible hours, including weekends.
