- Assist in the development and implementation of merchandising strategies
- Optimize product displays to enhance customer engagement
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock rotation

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for promotional activities
- Train staff on visual standards and product placement
- Manage product displays, monitor inventory levels, and implement merchandising strategies.
- Educational Qualifications: A Diploma in Business, Retail Management, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in retail merchandising or related roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in planning, strategic planning, inventory management, program management, and quality management.
- Working Conditions: Typically works in a retail environment with periodic lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, organized, team player, and possesses strong analytical skills.
