• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online inquiries for bond paper products.

• Generate and follow up on sales leads and convert them into orders.

• Prepare price quotations, sales proposals, and product presentations.

• Process sales orders accurately and coordinate with logistics and warehouse for deliveries.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

• Monitor customer accounts for payment follow-ups and credit term adherence.

• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare daily, weekly, or monthly sales reports.

• Provide after-sales service support, handling complaints or special requests.

• Stay updated on product specifications, pricing, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (good-to-have or requirement?).

• With 1–2 years of sales or customer service experience; experience in paper products or office supplies is an advantage.

• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and willingness to learn may be considered.

• Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-focused with good negotiation and follow-up abilities.
