- Greet and assist customers politely and professionally.
- Promote products and provide accurate information to customers.
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked and items are properly organized and labeled.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment with warehouse or stock team.
- Conduct product checks to ensure items are not expired or damaged.
- Keep store displays clean, attractive, and aligned with merchandising standards.
- Help conduct price tagging, product rotation, and stock arrangement.
- Assist in generating daily sales reports and meeting sales targets.
- Maintain good relationships with store staff and customers.
